RETURNS
CAN I DO A RETURN?

We only do store credit or exchange. We only offer store credit. We do not offer refunds.

HOW DO I GET STORE CREDIT?

Please see our return portal here and follow the instructions

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY CREDIT?

It takes our warehouse 1-2 weeks to receive and process your store credit. We’ll send an email once the item for exchange has been received. You will receive your exchange as a credit note via email once we’ve received your item, which at that time you can use to place your new order.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

We can only change the shipping address the same day that you placed the order. Please email info@unclexstudios.com with your order number and the correct address, and you’ll receive a confirmation email from us that it’s been done.Test

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT?

If you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please contact info@unclexstudios.com with your order number and a photo of the damage or the wrong item you received. We’ll make it right from there!

WHAT IS ROUTE?

We have partnered with Route, a package protection and tracking solution. With Route, you can keep up to date on the status of all of your packages with visual representation of their whereabouts and necessary updates.


At checkout, you can add Route Protect to your package which will allow you to easily file issues for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate event they occur. You can file shipping issues with Route here


If at checkout you decide not to add Route Protect to your order, you can still use the platform to track all of your online orders in one place. Please note that Uncle Studios is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit and that in the event that Route Protect is not added to your order, you are responsible for costs of replacement.

WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES?

Unfortunately at this time, we can not estimate or cover duties that come with customs. Customers are responsible for paying for any accruing customs, and refusal to do so will result in the package being sent back to us. You will only be refunded the difference of your order after return shipping fees are deducted. As we grow, we hope to offer an option to pay duties at check out! Canadian customers will not be charged duties.
